This is a decorative and substantial round brass wall hanging, lipped tray or charger, with hanging clip/point on the reverse.
It is finely etched with a repeated floral pattern in a circular form, and a large central motif depicting a leaf design with a bird in the centre.
The charger has a 'pie crust' pressed edge and probably dates from the first half of the 20th century.
